Solid Foundation Home Inspection P.L.L.C. was founded in 2021 by TREC Professional Home Inspector and firefighter, Cody Dodson. Currently the only inspector with Solid Foundation, Cody wanted to find a way to implement his values as a first responder and love for people even further into the community by providing home inspection services that reflect his passion for helping others. Utilizing his education as a home inspector as well as his extensive building knowledge acquired through many years in the fire service, Cody is determined to provide the most honest, thorough inspections in Central Texas.
